Research and Surveys in Stanley Park

The Stanley Park Ecology Society strives to learn more about the wildlife and habitats that comprise Stanley Park to inform management as well as to provide current information for our education programs. SPES staff and volunteers are working on several projects and we also encourage students and faculty at local colleges and universities to conduct research projects in the Park. Partnerships with departments at the University of B.C., Simon Fraser University, B.C. Institute of Technology, Douglas College, Capilano College, Langara College, and Vancouver Community College have already produced valuable information about the Park.
